Q: I have received a few emails from www.spykar.com. What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?

Order Placed/Received: This email informs you that www.spykar.com has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.

Order Processed: This email confirms www.spykar.com has processed your order.

Order Shipped/Dispatched: This email confirms that www.spykar.com has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.

Q: I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We will be sending your items in separate parcels so please check your emails for details.

Each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

You can cancel an order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your recent orders. If the button next to an order says ‘Cancel’, you still have time to cancel by clicking the button.

If the cancel option is not available, then it is too late to cancel the order. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. For more information click on our Returns Exchange Policy.

Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 7 - 12 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store depending on the payment mode you chose.

Q: Within how many days can I return the product?

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 30 days of delivery to get a 100% refund if the product meets our Returns Policy (items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached.)

We are unable to provide returns under following circumstances:

  • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label
  • Products that are purchased from outside India
  • Undergarments, accessories & Grooming products

Spykar.com reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Returns Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

Q: How can I raise a return request on Spykar website?

You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below:

  • Tap on ‘Order History’ under ‘My Orders’
  • Choose the item to be Returned
  • Enter details requested and create a return request

Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within two business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed.

If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled

As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. If you return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.

Q: How do I return multiple products from a single order?

There is no option to return multiple products with a single click on our website. Each product has to be returned individually as per the steps given below. However, based on the time at which you place the return request, we might send our executive to pick up all the returned products in one lot.

  • Original tags are removed from the product
  • Product is stained, damaged or torn
  • Product is used or washed
  • Free products or accessories along with the original products are missing
Q: Why did the return pickup of my product fail?

Return pickup of your product might fail if the return pickup executive was unable to locate your address or if no one was available at the address to hand over the product. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your mobile number.

Q: How do I request a pickup again if the first attempt failed?

If the first pickup attempt failed, we will set up another pickup date and time and communicate the same to you.

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on Spykar.com at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.

Shipping and Delivery

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order confirmation date. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.

Q: Are there any delivery charges?

Customers will be charges Rs 100 for delivery if their order goods is less than 1700. There will be No Delivery charges for orders above 1700.

Q: Does Spykar deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, Spykar delivers products only within India.

The membership is absolutely free. There is no joining fee.

You should get the points credited to your account within 48 hours.

One Point is equivalent to Indian Rupee 1.
